Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and safety
- Inspect and record inventory using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products efficiently
- Perform routine sanitation of storage facilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in sub-zero environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
