Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our remote-friendly digital tracking system
- Perform routine sanitation and quality control checks in cold storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for remote inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
