Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal freezer temperatures (-10°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement in frozen storage
- Inspect and record product inventory using warehouse management software
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environment operations
- Perform routine sanitation procedures to maintain food safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
