Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated products using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems
- Operate temperature-controlled storage units and monitoring equipment
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Inspect and maintain provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team to optimize cold storage space utilization
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Florida driver's license
