Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature in refrigerated zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products (food, pharmaceuticals)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy (for inventory systems)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Team player with reliable attendance
