Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks while maintaining strict temperature protocols
- Organize inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts for efficient product movement
- Conduct daily temperature audits and inventory cycle counts
- Adhere to HACCP safety standards for food-grade storage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLA deadlines
- Maintain sanitation records and equipment calibration logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
