Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store refrigerated/frozen products using RF scanners
- Maintain precise inventory counts and cycle counts in WMS system
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in cold environment
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in refrigerated zones
- Prepare customer orders with strict attention to product integrity
- Operate automated conveyance systems in cold storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to work in 40°F/0°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
