Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products efficiently
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in cold storage zones
- Inspect and record equipment functionality daily
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Coordinate inventory management using digital tracking systems
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safety equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
