Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring (-10°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Operate electric pallet jacks and refrigerated transport vehicles
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation in frozen/dry zones
- Conduct quality inspections and document compliance records
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless cross-docking operations
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Participate in quarterly equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for 4+ hour shifts
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic inventory management software proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly with proper techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent required
