Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated/frozen products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature/humidity controls in -10°F to 45°F environments
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and FDA safety protocols for perishable goods
- Operate pallet racking systems and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold environments
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
