Responsibilities
- Handle and organize perishable inventory in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 35°F zones)
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and FDA safety protocols
- Perform routine equipment inspections and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid Arizona driver's license
