Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls and monitor cold storage environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient inventory movement
- Inspect, load, and unload refrigerated trucks following HACCP protocols
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods and document inventory data
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work nights/weekends in 24/7 facility
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience a plus
