Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect and organize perishable inventory (meat, produce, pharmaceuticals)
- Maintain strict temperature monitoring protocols
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts using RF scanners
- Prepare outbound shipments with temperature-controlled packaging
- Sanitize equipment and work areas daily
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability (weekends/shifts)
- Food Handler's Permit a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
