Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system with remote access
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F refrigerated environments
- Inspect products for quality and compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate loading/unloading of refrigerated trucks using remote scheduling tools
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA protocols in all warehouse operations
- Sanitize equipment and facilities using automated cleaning systems
- Collaborate with supervisors via remote communication platforms for daily task allocation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F for extended periods
