Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move perishable goods safely
- Conduct inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
