Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation for refrigerated zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inventory management with RF scanners and WMS system operations
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Operate and sanitize refrigerated storage equipment and conveyors
- Coordinate cross-functional team for efficient product rotation and FIFO compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Valid NC driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or food service preferred
