Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature records for refrigerated and frozen inventory (-20°F to 45°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration monitoring systems
- Inspect and sanitize storage facilities daily per HACCP standards
- Coordinate inventory cycles using WMS software with remote reporting capabilities
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks using proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team via digital platforms for real-time updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments with proper PPE
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
