Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) in -20°F environments
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning and digital tracking systems
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks while maintaining product integrity
- Follow strict HACCP protocols for food safety compliance
- Conduct routine facility temperature monitoring and reporting
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO rotation systems
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for seamless supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
