Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 40°F zones
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments
- Execute inventory control using WMS systems and barcode scanning
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with proper FIFO rotation
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in 32°F to -10°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 rotating shifts
