Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated storage units
- Load/unload pallets using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily inventory audits with warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety standards
- Operate pallet wrappers and labeling equipment
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in monthly sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
