Responsibilities
- Operate refrigeration units and monitor temperature/humidity controls to maintain optimal storage conditions
- Load/unload pallets of frozen/refrigerated products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts, stock rotation (FIFO), and accurate record-keeping
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas to prevent contamination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F for extended periods
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
