Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move refrigerated products safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in 40°F working conditions
- Inspect, clean, and sanitize equipment and storage areas daily
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining proper temperature control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills with WMS experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Ability to work in 40°F environment with appropriate PPE
