Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F)
- Maintain strict inventory control using WMS systems
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Perform equipment sanitation and facility cleaning
- Monitor temperature logs and report deviations
- Train in OSHA-compliant cold safety procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to work in -10°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 rotating shifts
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Background check and drug screen required
