Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners in -10°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA-compliant protocols
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers using proper stacking techniques
- Perform quality control checks on perishable goods
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA sanitation standards
- Participate in monthly safety drills and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
