Responsibilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Manage inventory rotation and quality control of frozen/refrigerated products
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols for HACCP compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements for efficient loading/unloading
- Monitor temperature logs and refrigeration equipment performance
- Execute cycle counts and inventory audits using WMS systems
- Train new associates on cold safety procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Certified forklift operator license (valid)
- OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold conditions
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail in quality control procedures
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
