Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature control in refrigerated/freezer environments (-20°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload pallets of frozen/refrigerated products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO methods to prevent spoilage
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean workspaces
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs digitally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient distribution
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic warehouse equipment experience (pallet jacks preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and food safety awareness
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
