About Our Facility:

Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in cold storage zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts in frozen/refrigerated sections
- Operate and sanitize cold storage equipment (conveyors, coolers, freezers)
- Enforce food safety protocols (HACCP compliance)
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Assist in quality control inspections of perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays (peak season)
