Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Operate warehouse equipment in sub-zero temperatures
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts in frozen sections
- Maintain strict sanitation and food safety protocols
- Organize and rotate stock according to FIFO principles
- Complete daily warehouse inspection reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in -10°F environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with warehouse management systems a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment physical exam and drug screen
