Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers and manage inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment with precision and efficiency
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols and monitor warehouse conditions
- Perform quality inspections and document inventory movements in WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and cold weather PPE protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage or temperature-controlled logistics
- Certification in forklift operation and OSHA warehouse safety
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic WMS system proficiency and data entry capabilities
