Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts, stock rotation (FIFO), and cycle counting procedures
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and GMP standards for food safety compliance
- Document temperature logs, equipment checks, and warehouse activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification or ability to pass company training
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging 0°F to 40°F for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
