Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-controlled trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory management with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and GMP safety protocols
- Operate palletizers, shrink wrappers, and blast chillers
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles to ensure product freshness
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-Hour or Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold environments
- Basic inventory management/WMS experience
- Strong work ethic and punctuality in 24/7 shift environment
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours on concrete floors
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
