Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks in 32°F-40°F environments
- Accurately track inventory using our remote-friendly digital inventory system
- Inspect and package temperature-sensitive products (food/pharmaceuticals)
- Collaborate with logistics team via virtual communication tools for shipment coordination
- Maintain strict HACCP compliance standards in daily operations
- Participate in remote safety training and equipment certification programs
- Complete daily reports through our mobile-friendly portal
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting systems
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore facility
