Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in temperature-controlled zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment following strict safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Maintain accurate records of product movement and storage conditions
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA regulations for food safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
