Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts in sub-zero environments
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation of storage units (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and cycle counting with 99.8% accuracy
- Safely handle perishable goods including fresh produce, dairy, and frozen products
- Conduct daily sanitation and safety compliance checks per FDA/HACCP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and industrial equipment proficiency
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (0°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain immediately
