Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -20°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product movement
- Execute inventory management using RF scanning technology
- Enforce HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Coordinate loading/unloading of refrigerated trucks
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
- Maintain detailed temperature and inventory logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Attention to detail in documentation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
