Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature zones in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage handling equipment
- Inspect and record inventory levels using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments with precision
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (-20°F to 32°F)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
