Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperature zones using digital monitoring systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Organize and rotate inventory using FIFO methods in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods and document inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for food handling equipment
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient distribution
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper lifting techniques
- Reliable transportation to 1235 Industrial Park Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85001
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
