Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature controls and monitoring in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere strictly to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate cold storage equipment including walk-in coolers/freezers
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (0°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
