Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-20°F)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA cold chain protocols
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments
- Sanitize equipment and facility per FSMA standards
- Monitor equipment performance and report anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in -20°F environments for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
