Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain accurate stock counts using handheld scanners.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and document temperature logs to ensure product integrity and safety compliance.
- Ensure workstations and aisles remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipping, including labeling and packaging.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (temperatures ranging from 35°F to 40°F).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
