Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse systems (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Manage inventory of high-value perishable products
- Execute temperature-controlled loading/unloading protocols
- Maintain HACCP compliance documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics operations
- Implement quality control procedures
- Train new staff on cold safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse efficiency metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years cold storage or temperature-controlled logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in sub-zero environments
- Strong inventory management systems proficiency
- HACCP/SQF training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
