Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/frozen storage areas
- Organize, rotate, and manage inventory using FIFO principles
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and dock operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – we train motivated candidates
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
