Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products efficiently
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Load/unload shipments with proper stacking techniques
- Complete digital warehouse management system entries
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas per FDA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation with clean driving record
