Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer units
- Safely load/unload palletized products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners) following safety protocols
- Sanitize and organize storage areas according to HACCP standards
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
