Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in -10°F to 40°F zones
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory audits and product rotation using FIFO methods
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, conveyors)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Sanitize equipment and work areas per food safety standards
- Document warehouse activities in digital inventory systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
