Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and store refrigerated/frozen products in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Monitor temperature levels and equipment functionality daily
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in refrigerated conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
