Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in -10°F to 30°F environments
- Monitor and maintain refrigeration equipment and temperature logs
- Inspect products for quality control and proper packaging
- Follow strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Rotate stock using FIFO methods to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
- Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed
