Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in 32-40°F environments
- Inspect and organize refrigerated inventory with precision
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment issues
- Load/unload shipments using proper stacking techniques
- Complete inventory tracking and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Team player with reliable attendance record
