Responsibilities
- Handle and organize perishable goods in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment following OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Sanitize work areas and equipment to meet food safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks using proper stacking and securing techniques
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
