Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP) and sanitation standards
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Load/unload trucks in compliance with cold chain requirements
- Conduct daily safety inspections of work areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize storage and retrieval processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 rotating shifts
